  4. Rub the whiskey-infused spice mixture all over the pork belly, ensuring it's evenly coated on all sides.
  5. Seal the bag tightly or cover the dish with plastic wrap, then refrigerate for 7-10 days, flipping the pork belly every other day to ensure even curing.
