1. Return Window
We accept returns of defective or damaged products within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be requested within this timeframe to be eligible for processing.
2. Eligible Returns
We will accept returns for the following reasons:
- Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects
- Damaged in Shipping: Products damaged during transit
- Wrong Item Sent: If we sent you the incorrect product
- Quality Issues: Products that do not meet our quality standards
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (for food safety reasons)
- Products returned after 30 days
- Items damaged by misuse or negligence
- Special or custom orders (unless defective)
4. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning any item, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number:

- Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Include the RA number on the package
- Use original packaging when possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Pack securely to prevent damage in transit
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Ship to the address provided with your RA number
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless we sent the wrong item)
5. Refund Processing
Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after processing
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear
- PayPal refunds are typically immediate
6. Wholesale Returns
Wholesale customers have the same return policy with these additional considerations:
- Returns must be in case quantities when possible
- Bulk returns may require special handling

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:
- Return the unwanted item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We'll process your refund and new order separately
8. Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: We pay return shipping
- Customer Returns: Customer pays return shipping
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable (unless we made an error)
9. International Returns
At this time, we only accept returns from customers within the United States. International customers should contact us directly for assistance with defective or damaged products.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and contents immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials
- We may file a claim with the shipping carrier
11. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- We will track the package with the carrier
- If confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or refund
- Processing time: 7-10 business days for carrier investigation
12. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your BBQ seasoning, please contact us within 30 days and we'll work to make it right.
